Complete Site Redesign

The Soap Hope store sells thousands of natural and organic products for body, beauty, and home. We set out to update not only their storefront, but their brand as well.

For this project, I conducted user research, card sorts, and user testing to update the information architecture and navigation of the site as well as create new designs for the product listing pages and product detail pages.

I also helped evaluate and select a new service provider to handle their online storefront and order processing that would tie into their existing inventory and fulfillment database.
