Mark Couvillion
Hello. I’m Mark. I’m a user experience (UX) designer and researcher specializing in conversion rate optimization, managing and conducting user research, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to make informed design decisions. I bring over 20 years of experience in human-computer interaction and am strongly rooted in user-centered design principles. I have worked for some of the world’s most well-known brands, helping clients reach their conversion and revenue goals through problem-focused, data-informed A/B and multi-variate testing. I am a strong communicator and enjoy collaborative work in fast-paced, cross-functional team environments. I have more than 5 years of experience leading and managing small design teams and mentoring early-career designers in their career growth and skills progression. Based in Austin, Texas, I am currently looking for roles in user experience strategy, design, research, and/or product optimization.
