The majority of my work for the past 9 years has been with major brands optimizing elements throughout the customer journey. This may include a small change such as changing the text of a button, or a complete overhaul of a checkout flow. Typically, small incremental changes are used in order to clearly validate or invalidate a proposed solution to a problem. While not as visually or technically complex as an end-to-end product delivery, they have huge impact to the experience and lead to measurable benefits for clients.

The work samples here represent some of the larger design engagements showcasing bigger changes carried out over time mixed with these small incremental changes validated through A/B testing.
